May Heydays at Evesham:
Catering

Catering has been an issue following successive school caterers deciding not to provide meals or allow an outside caterer to use the kitchens.  We will again do our best to bring in a range of mobile caterers to provide variety and such as gluten-free and vegetarian options.

In 2026 we decided against having a caterer for breakfasts.   The numbers requiring such are just too low to make it feasible.

Our caterers for 2026 were as follows::

Food Genie

Food Genie, a local caterer run by Vicky Gough, will be on site to serve fish and chips from 5.30 to 8.30pm on Friday 1st May.

Really Awesome Coffee

Brad Edginton will be on site from 9am up to about 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, and from 9am to afternoon on Monday, providing 'real' coffee, some teas and a range of other drink options plus assorted cakes.

Eat Greek

from a company based in Worcester, Dimitris Jacob and Daniel will provide 'mythically delicious Greek food' for Saturday lunch and dinner.

Lunch will be served from 11am until 2.15pm to give everyone a chance to get their food during the short morning break and over lunch-time — for some it might be their first meal of the day.  Dinner will be served from 4.45pm until 7.30pm.
